Our Board

President

Brittany Carper, Esq

Brittany is the senior partner of the Carper and Goodall law firm. Her firm represents multiple non-profit organizations and churches in our community. Brittany has been a patient at FCHC since the clinic opened and joined the FCHC BOD in 2023.

Secretary

Dr. Dan Tremintozzi

Dr. Trementozzi is a pediatrician who founded the Caroline Christian Health Center in 2007, serving as the ministry’s CEO and Medical Director until the clinic merged with Mary Washington Health Care in 2018. He has served on the FCHC BOD since 2019.

Anne Folan

Anne is a Fredericksburg native and the founder of AFA Creative, helping organizations big and small inform and inspire their audiences. Anne has extensive experience in both the business and non-profit sectors, serving on other boards of directors as well. Anne joined the FCHC board in 2025.

Vice President

Katina Howard

Katina founded her own community development consulting business after 20 years working for private corporations, NPOs, and the Health Department doing community outreach and promoting social equity. Katina has served on several boards and councils, joining FCHC in 2023.

Jill Henderson

Jill is a chaplain at the Rappahanock Regional jail and also serves as the bookkeeper for her church. Jill volunteers with some of FCHC’s ministry partners, with a special passion for helping people overcome addiction. Jill joined the FCHC BOD in 2024.

Stephany Hunter, RN

Stephany has worked in the healthcare industry for over 17 years and is currently employed at Parallon HCA Healthcare. She has held various leadership positions with a focus on patient safety, quality metrics, and risk reduction within the acute care setting. She has served on several boards, committees, and councils; and has served as a leader in her church. Stephany joined FCHC in 2025.

Gene Brown

Gene is a Vice President of Atlantic Builders, inspiring the organization to support the community by supporting local non-profits. Gene is very involved in his church and has served on multiple other boards in the community, serving with FCHC since 2022.

Daniel Hughes

Daniel is a former youth pastor, now realtor and business owner. He is very involved in his church, and has a passion for improving the broken healthcare system- a perfect match for FCHC. Daniel joined the BOD in 2025.
