We are closed everyday for lunch from 12-1 pm and til 1:30 on Thursday.

What types of services do you offer?

FCHC offers Primary Care, Behavioral Health and Nutritional programs at our clinic. We do not offer dentistry or pharmaceutical services, but can assist with referrals for our patients.

What types of insurances can you take?

A full list of the insurances FCHC accepts can be found here. Due to the increased need of our charity care program, FCHC is currently not accepting any new patients with private insurance or Medicare.

Do you offer payment plans?

What documentation do I need to provide to apply for financial assistance?

Do you have interpreters?

Yes! FCHC has staff who are bilingual in English and Spanish. We also utilize an interpreter service for a wide selection of other languages.

Do you offer weekend hours?

No, FCHC is open Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm. We have extended hours and are open until 6pm every other Thursday.
