We are no longer participating in the Aetna Medicare Advantage plan.*
If your insurance plan isn't on the list, don't worry! We can still bill your insurance plan for your convenience. You'll just need to pay for any balance that your insurance doesn't cover.

You might be eligible for our Uninsured Program if you don't have health insurance. This program is for people who live in Spotsylvania, Stafford, Orange, City of Fredericksburg, King George, Caroline, or Westmoreland. We welcome patients of all ages and backgrounds. Our services are available to:
Individuals and families with Medicaid or Medicare
Patients who qualify for our Uninsured Program
Those seeking holistic primary care, behavioral health services, and nutritional counseling
Uninsured Program Eligibility
If you do not have health insurance, you may qualify for our Uninsured Program, which provides care at a reduced cost based on income. To be eligible:
Your household income must be at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL)
You must provide proof of income to determine eligibility
How to Apply for the Uninsured Program
Complete the Eligibility Forms – Click here to download and fill out the application.
Gather Supporting Documents – Proof of income is required (such as pay stubs, tax returns, or benefit letters).
Submit Your Application – Bring your completed forms and documents to our office for review.
Once approved, you will receive a discounted rate for medical, behavioral health, and nutritional services based on your financial situation.
