Health-Bridge

Providing Quality Care in Our Community

At Fredericksburg Christian Health Center, we know that not everyone who needs care has the means to come to our clinic. Through our Health-Bridge program, FCHC collaborates with our community partners to provide essential care in our neighbors in need.

Through Health-Bridge, FCHC is able to provide high-quality care to people experiencing homelessness, mothers and their children in crisis and survivors of domestic violence.

Bringing Physicians Where They’re Needed Most

Through Health-Bridge, our physicians are able to treat patients in a space that’s familiar and comfortable to them. For people going through a difficult time, it’s important to have a physician they can trust and rely on.

Expanding the Impact of Health-Bridge

Beginning in the summer of 2025, FCHC will have access to the Rappahannock Area Health Department’s new Mobile Health Clinic. Through the use of the mobile health clinic, FCHC will be able drastically expand the services offered to patients. The mobile health clinic will also allow us to collaborate with even more of our partners and the people they serve.
