We’re overjoyed to start our second annual Healthy Minds Campaign! Thanks to the generosity of our community, last year we were able to raise a total of $60,140, which went directly towards serving over 700 patients through our Behavioral Health programs. A mental health crisis can happen to anyone, and the Healthy Minds Campaign ensures FCHC has the resources we need to help.

What this Campaign helps Accomplish

This year through our Healthy Minds Campaign, our major goal is to Raise Funds for Our Behavioral Health Services. These services directly support the people in our community who struggle with their mental health and can’t afford the care they need. Our Behavioral Health Services include both Case Management, Psychiatry services and later our Counseling Program.

These funds will help us bridge that gap and provide essential services to more individuals like Baily, who have benefited greatly from our continuous support through their mental health challenges.

Baily’s Story

Baily* is a 47-year-old with multiple mental health problems from years of physical and emotional abuse. Baily has been living in a motel for over a year with her husband, receiving financial support from their church as she was unable to work. She was experiencing domestic abuse but wasn't ready to leave, but was receiving services from Empower House. Through the FCHC Health-Bridge program, Baily was able receive medical care at Empower House which lead to receiving counseling through FCHC.

For the first time in her life, Baily felt like someone was listening to her. She expressed that she felt heard by everyone she interacted with at FCHC, from the front desk, to the medical team, and the behavioral health team. Thank you for helping us make an impact in Baily’s life and please join us as we continue to keep her in our prayers.
